Let us know what you would like to eat and Sebastien Sauter will create the set menu of your choice! His Mediterranean-inspired cuisine can be adapted to suit your schedule: customised set menus, cocktails with buffet food, all-you-can-eat buffets, tea and coffee breaks with indulgences... all served in our restaurant or on our panoramic terrace overlooking the sea!
- Mille-feuille of goat’s cheese and sundried tomatoes with a pesto coulis;
- Fish soup;
- Cuttlefish in a traditional Sète rouille sauce;
- Fillet of sea bream with sauce vierge;
- Monkfish medallion with a curry sauce and creamy cuttlefish ink risotto;
- Homemade lasagne with ricotta and sundried tomatoes;
- Pork tenderloin with chanterelle mushrooms and hazelnuts;
- Fan of duck breast with a blackcurrant caramel sauce, seasonal vegetables;
